Good morning!
First of all, I’m please to say that many of you seem to appreciate and enjoy these daily sketches of life in the deep suburbs. Thanks, as always, for your support.
Those who are less interested, please don’t worry because regular, longer essays are coming soon.
Leaving home at 6:30, and the sun is not up yet, which does not mean I’m the only one walking these paths. There are joggers, walkers, bikers, and of course commuters heading to the station.
Wherever I walk, I can hear the trains. They must be already full, taking early risers to their workplace.
I love trains, and I find those distant sounds strangely comforting.
And when you are blessed with a cow train, you can’t but smile and think this will be another fine day.
Have a nice day!
When I see your pictures, I can just feel again how it is there, in Japan, the air, the sky, the train sounds.
We did a lot of walking and riding trains everywhere.
Love the cow train.
