Thank you for presenting this novel suvey. While it may be useful for some, it definitely doesn't meet my criteria that led me to Kyushu. It's probably best to use surveys like this as a starting point to do your own research based on the factors that are most important to you.

I agree with you. Actually, I posted this news more as a curiosity. To me it looks like Ibaraki is trying to improve its public image.
