Are foreign films subtitled in Switzerland? In Italy, people are too lazy and all foreign films are dubbed. Granted, Italian dubbing actors are very good, but you end up with situations like Robert De Niro and Sylvester Stallone having the same voice.
I can’t stand dubbing! It’s a combo here, mostly it’s just too expensive to go to a theatre 😂 but I’ll occasionally go to the art house one always original language!

I realized how ludicrous and fake dubbing was when I first came to Japan and heard John Wayne speak Japanese on TV.
