Two items I always have on my keychain - a micro flashlight and an emergency whistle. The flashlight has various color flashing lights and some beeping alarms, but the whistle is much louder so that if I’m trapped in rubble some person or dog can hear me.

I think a flashlight and a bottle of water. I usually have both - though the flashlight is just one app on my phone...
