Guess all comes to personal preferences. To me in Asia Seoul is #1, followed by Tokyo or Singapore depending on high many earthquakes alert I hear. But KL?

I've been to Seoul twice for visa-related matters, many years ago, but both stays were too short to really judge the city. However, the first time I was impressed by how many beautiful women I saw in the street.
I've never been to Seoul in winter, but I guess it colder than Tokyo, which for me would be a big minus.

It is cold, best to avoid Dec.- Feb. Unless you are into the sampling of four real seasons. Women, yes. Stylish, smart and caring, if one deserves.
