I'm a walker, too, although I've slowed down over the years. The best ideas come to me while I'm walking. It's probably the same for you.

Exactly, walking is a great source of good ideas.

I tend to walk rather fast, like many other people in and around Tokyo. I guess you guys Down South have a more laidback approach?

Yes, especially now that every second person has a dog or three! Pets will slow you down, for sure.

I used to be an extremely fast walker - like I was going for the bus or something! I've slowed down considerably but I probably walk faster than the average Sydneysider (except for those power walkers in active wear).

Nice. Any movement is good. For greater cardio benefit you need to invite sweat. Short HIIT sets without no equipment for a start. (:
